Our Projects
Commercial Rationale for Active Material Cathode
Downstream processing opportunity In WA

Aggregation of precursor materials in WA required
(security of raw materials, all in close proximity)

Utilize existing infrastructure and minimize transportation costs
(for material aggregation)

Australian labour cost not a driver of value.
Value-driven by chemical processing and skilled workforce (same rationale as the processing of the precursor material
in WA)
Exponential growth

Expected 25% year on year growth
for next two decades

Exceptional returns
with sub-3-year payback period

Up to 10x value
addition on precursor materials
Carbon neutral, Ethical, green

Secure carbon neutral energy
from WA’s abundant clean energy

Security of supply
Low-risk jurisdiction Ethically sourced

Minimal wastage All
rejected precursor material will be recycled to suppliers

Indian Pilot Project
After registering the Indian entity in 2016, AES embarked upon developing battery packs for Electric Rickshaws and Energy Storage applications. Design was developed in Perth and India and battery packs were subjected to extensive road tests in India. Following the successful trials 48V50AH and 48V85AH packs were destructively tested by the regulator to grant the product certification required for use in Electric vehicles,
Also a 48V100AH battery pack was developed for Energy storage solutions which can be used to capture renewable energy for telecom towers and UPS for computer centers.
